Research Based Design Thinking

There is a shift coming which looks at using the voice of customer research to drive new segments and business growth through design thinking.

Although many companies perform customer research, most don’t really listen or do much about it. By drilling deep and asking focussed questions, we can begin to understand what specific features of a product or service presses the right buttons.

By then seeking out further data to deeper understand what it is that would create an ideal products or service in the eyes of the customer we begin to explore options.
