Someone once said “You don’t lose weight by simply weighing yourself everyday”. So whilst gathering excellent information is the foundation of building customer experience it is what we do with the information that is of value. Based upon the “Voice of Customer” and using all the information available (which include the internal culture engagement data), we begin to build a picture of the gaps between the current and desired state. The programs and strategies created to enhance the customer experience is driven by the feedback and customer analysis provided by the customer research program.
